Staples Promo Codes & Coupons October 2026

Staples is my go-to for office stuff

Been using Staples for years, probably since I first started working from home before it was cool, haha. This time around, I just needed some basic printer paper and a new set of pens. The experience is pretty consistent, which is why I keep coming back. It's not always the absolute cheapest, but I know what I'm getting. My last order, everything showed up on time, and this one was no different. Had a small issue once a while back with a damaged box, but support sorted it out without much fuss. Always reliable, even if the website navigation can be a bit clunky sometimes.

Super easy to find what I needed

Honestly, I wasn't really looking forward to buying office supplies online, it always feels like a chore. But Staples made it pretty painless. I needed some new printer ink and a ream of paper for my home office setup. Their website was super easy to navigate, found exactly what I was looking for quickly without endless clicking. Checkout was smooth too, no weird glitches or anything. Will definitely hit them up again when I run out of stuff.

Good for the price, but watch the sales!

Needed some new printer ink and a few reams of paper for the home office, and Staples usually has what I need. I always make sure to check for discounts or coupon codes before I hit checkout, because let's be real, every penny counts these days. Found a decent 15% off code this time, which definitely made the purchase feel more worthwhile. Shipping was pretty standard, nothing to write home about, but everything arrived in good condition. I wouldn't pay full price for some stuff here, but if you catch them on a sale, it's definitely a solid option. The value was there with the discount, so I'm satisfied.

Super helpful for my home office setup!

Oh my goodness, Staples is just fantastic! I was trying to get my new home office sorted, and honestly, their website is super easy to navigate. Found everything I needed, from a new printer to a mountain of paper and even some snazzy pens! Shipping was pretty quick too, everything arrived well-packaged. There was a tiny mix-up with one item being out of stock initially, but their customer service team (shoutout to Rahul!) sorted it out super fast. I'll definitely be shopping here again, and I've already told all my friends who are also working from home to check them out. So happy with my purchases!

Staples came through!

Needed a new ergonomic chair for my home office setup pretty urgently after my old one finally gave out. Found a decent one on Staples' site, and the ordering process was super straightforward. I was a bit worried about delivery time because of how big the item was, but it actually arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the chair is really good, sturdy and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for. No issues with assembly either, instructions were clear. Definitely going to check them first for office stuff from now on.

Staples always delivers

Needed a new printer for my home office setup pretty quick, and Staples came through like always. Ordered it late Monday night, kinda figured it wouldn't even ship till Wednesday, but nope, got a notification Tuesday morning it was out for delivery. Arrived safe and sound, packaging was good, no dents or anything. Set it up that evening and it's been working perfectly. Honestly, it's just so easy to grab stuff from them, especially when you're in a pinch for office supplies.

Good for basics

Needed some new printer ink and a ream of paper for the home office setup, and Staples was pretty much the first place I thought of. Ordering online was straightforward, found what I needed quickly enough. Delivery took about 4 days, which is fine, not super fast but not slow either. Everything arrived in good condition, no crushed boxes or anything like that. The ink works perfectly, and the paper is... well, it's paper. Does the job. I'd probably use them again for regular office supplies. Nothing fancy, just reliable.
